    Thanks Mark,


    I tried all the variations of on and off, plug and unplug and it would try to work.The people over at Casio suggested I blow some compressed air....It worked!  Dust must have been blocking the sensors.

    my register say e 94 i don't have a paper jam. my keys don't work. i unplugged it. and plugged it back. someone please help me.

Hi.
In that case, make sure the paper can feed normally, and there is nothing blocking the sensors or gears in the printer. Then turn the key to off mode, turn off then on at wall, then turn key to REG mode. if it doesn't come right, then you probably have something broken in the printer.

    yes, that can happen. They get a build up of paper dust in the photo-sensors. Glad to hear you sorted it.

We have an error showing - E94 and we cannot get any keys to ring or open the cash drawer. How can I fix this?
This sounds like a Casio. E94 refers to printer failure. Check to make sure their is nothing jamming the printer. Remove the paper/ ink cartridge etc, then turn off at wall. Turn key to REG. Turn on at wall

On the screen there is a E94 error messagage on the Casio P260 cash register . How can I correct this error and reopen the cash register.
E94 is a printer error. Open the printer and make sure nothing is jammed in it.Remove the paper roll. Look for old pieces of paper stuck in the gears etc. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Casio pcr-265 e94 what is the error and how do i fix it
Hello,

On the PCR-265, error e94 is caused by jammed printer paper.
1. Remove jammed paper.
2. Turn Mode switch to OFF, then turn to ON.
or
Turn Power OFF and then turn power ON.

There's an online manual for the PCR-265B register [ pdf file, that can be read with Adobe Reader ]:

note:
The additional letter B, could mean this printer has extra/other options.

I personally don't know. But try this. Go to the casio site probably www.casio.com, and try to download a manual, or google casio(use model number)+manual . no spaces in the search. Most times I have had good luck with this method. It works with older faxes, phones,etc. good luck
