Question about SanDisk Sansa c140 MP3 Player
Take out battery for a few seconds. replace it and turn on player. make sure battery has good charge in icon. transfer songs again. in realplayer make sure to hit the "eject device" button. DO NOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL PLAYER RETURNS TO NORMAL OPERATION it needs to place all in memory. goof luck

Having the same problem, but I use a Mac- so I'm doing file transfers out of Finder. I've deleted songs before, but the space they used has never come back. Now it's telling me in the device's System Info that I've used all 973MB of space, but my computer tells me that there are no songs on it. Even the computer says "0KB available". Any help for a Mac user? It's Mac OS X version 10.4.10
