Try holding the up and down arrow, down, at the same time, see if the time or temperature starts flashing. also the cover should lift up so you can change from heat to cool, there should be a program button or a set button to hold down. all you should have to do is adjust the time and temperature for the 4 settings during the week and the two on the weekend. should be really easy, let me know if you need some more help

I purchased the rth2310b and then pulled the old thermostat off the wall and am now afraid to open the rth3210b box in fear that this is not the right model for my furnace and air conditioning. I was looking for the wiring diagram on line. Not to be found. Thank you Honeywell.
