I have a KVT-715DVD, but when i want to eject a disc the car dvd player can´t eject it, it sounds that mechanism work but the disc no eject, i have to do it with help of little pincers
There is a roller arm in this unit that consists of Rubber roller Roller shaft and plastic Holder this part probably needs replacing due to dust that gets on roller and rollershaft being very slippery causing poor grip between rollershaft and roller. I am a technician and have had to replace this part many times. Cleaning rollers can sometimes help. This mechanism is very tricky do not recommend doing it yourself . Any questions [email protected]

I have the KVT-715DVD, for a while it wouldn't eject my discs. Finally I pulled one out and now I can't put them in. I hear noise, but its eject noice now. What can I do? Is it possible that its certain type of discs?
My daughter just bought a used explorer with an AVE(?) dvd-6cd console player. She loaded 2 cd discs into the dvd slot before realizing she goofed. The discs are now jammed inside & won't eject. I tried power off, then hold down eject, tried the reset button then tried tweezers but couldn't get a good grip on them. Would appreciate any easy fix's available. Thanks
