Washing still wet - door won't open.

Hello Hope you can advise me. I have an Hotpoint Aquarius Extra WMA46. When I put the washing on a cycle, it goes through all its bits, then when it reaches "Final Spin" it falls asleep. The door won't open because it has not finished. I have tried just putting it on "Fast Spin", but it still leaves the clothes wet. The washing machine has been moved recently. The cycle works if I stand with the drainage pipe and hold the pipe up when the machine is filling (or the clean water just drains out) and down when I know it is spinning. Please help, this is driving me insane, my washing takes hours to wash, and if I have to take them out wet, hours to dry, plus I don't think putting very wet washing in my tumble dryer is doing it much good!!
