Plantronics Explorer 320 headset

I am trying to assist an individual in how to resolve a problem he has with his Explorer 320 headset being used with the Sanyo Katana 6600 handset. The problem he's encountering is that though he's successfully completed the pairing of these two devices, everytime he turns the phone off and back on, or loses signal and drops a call, he has to go back and re-pair the two devices. This is very inconvient! Any suggestions on how to correct this problem?

Headset doesnt turn on, no red light while charging?

It is possible that the internal battery in the Plantronics Explorer 320 is just worn out, it is an older headset and has been out there for years. The Plantronics M20 would be a good replacement to check out.

CAN'T GET BB9630 TO CONNET TO PLANTRONICS 320 BLUETOOTH

Remember that newer phones are like small computers, so they may become corrupt over time and you may need to reset them every so often. Simply turn your phone off and remove
again the battery for a few seconds, then replace the battery and turn it back on again. If this does not resolve the issue, delete any pairing information for your Explorer 320 headset and pair it again with your phone, carefully following the instructions on the link below for the Plantronics Explorer 320.

Can't get new Blackberry 9630 to discover Plantronics 330. I've followed the pairing instructions for both instruments, but the Blackberry doesn't detect the headset no matter how close it is.

Once you make your BlackBerry discoverable, then put the Plantronics Explorer 330 into pairing mode by holding the call control button until the headset flashes red and blue. Here is the link below for the Explorer 320 user guide which has the pairing instructions, it will be the same for the 330.
