Pages print with thin black lines throughout. I have replaced the maintenance kit, emptied the waste tray, run the clear stripes procedure dozens of times, and cleaned dozens of times, going through lots of ink but the stripes are still there. The cleaning procedure clears them temporarily but not for longer than a day. Does anyone know if there is a way to clean clear copies? Thanks

With Troublshooting highlighted on the printer display perform the following steps:
Press OK.
Press the Down Arrow and scroll to Print Quality Problems.
Press OK.
Press the Down Arrow and scroll to Remove Print Smears.
Press OK. The printer will print 5 cleaning pages.
Repeat this process five or six times, to remove stubborn toner buildup from the fuser.
Always make sure you are matching the type of paper loaded in the printer tray(s) to the correct Paper Type front panel setting. When you load a tray with paper, the front panel will ask you to indicate the type of paper you loaded. For correct print quality and printer operation, be sure to set this correctly.
MAINTENANCE: Phaser 7750 Video Instruction Maintenance for the PrinterPhaser
19.003:48 is the error code 33702 is the number of pages the unit has printed. the error indicates a power difference of +- 20% when trying to drive the printhead. The issue is the Electronics Module (System logic and power) or the Wave Amplifier (Printhead Controller). Both of the parts are fairly easy to replace. If it is the wave amp it is a somewhat affordable part.if it is the EM you should replace the printer. It isn't worth the fix.
The waste bin full error can occur if the waste bin was not removed
from the machine for over 10 seconds when it was emptied. Please remove
the waste bin and wait for a full 10 to 20 seconds before replacing the
Waste bin.
If the message still displays turn off the machine and leave it off
for 1 minute then turn the machine back on.
Then run software update to make sure you have the latest OS updates.
Have you looked at the roll in your maintenance kit? It may be dry in that area and not applying enough lubricant on the drum.
Or you have some contaminant on the print head wiper blade or the mylar strip in the maintenance kit.
Sounds like something is making contact with the drum causing your problem.
My 8560dn showed that message - it was not a heater or anything weird. I removed the waste tray; emptied it and re inserted - and rebooted the printer. it spent quite a while cleaning - but it prints fine now.
the waste tray was 'stuck'. To remove, I first removed the maint kit and then with a flashlight shined inside, saw there was a lever on the right side which, when I moved it, released the waste tray. Voila - road to success (and no service call). Have a spare set of ink on hand as it uses a bunch going through the cleaning process.
This turned a useless paperweight back into a productive member of my office society.
The life of the drum is unlimited, it is just a solid aluminum drum.
The usual suspect when the drum is not cleaning is the maintenance kit. It was not stored on end was it ? If so the lubricant would have run to one end and not clean correctly.
The transfix roller could be failing, although that is not many pages on the printer.
You are using OEM ink and not third party? If so try new ink.
The last thing you could have is a bad wiper blade not cleaning between pages.
Drum heating is very unlikely. If it was not running hot enough, there are enough sensors in the machine that one would shut off if it were not heating properly.
Resolving white, light lines or streaks (eliminate light stripes)
From the printer, print the Troubleshooting Print Quality Pages.
With Troubleshooting highlighted, press the OK button. Scroll to Print Quality Problems by pressing the Up or Down Arrow button. Press OK.
Scroll to Troubleshooting Print Quality Page. Press OK. Evaluate the Light Stripes Test page for missing printhead jets (missing cyan, magenta, yellow or black color bars).
Clean the maintenance unit's wiper blade and empty the waste tray. A dirty maintenance drawer wiper blade can cause white lines and weak or missing printhead jets. Using a clean lint-free cloth or a paper coffee filter, gently clean the blade with a wiping motion across the entire length of the wiper blade.
For the lines try the remove stripes and also the remove smears procedure you can run from the panel.
The Led screen is a known problem. Send Xerox an E-mail and they will replace it.
You have to pay for phone support if your not under waranty.
But they will replace the screen.
