Question about Acer AL2016 W 20" TFT LCD Monitor
I know that this problem has to do with the screen and not the game or computer, because i used another screen with my computer and it works. I have already tested other possible resolutions, and it still didn't work. I have updated my graphics card driver and it still didn't work.
Its the usb, if u connect the monitor via the standard port, the vga port, it will work. If your monitor only have an dvi cable you can fix that by an adapter. That adapter should be an DVI to VGA.
Good luck to you

This is likely a screen resolution issue.
That monitor has a native resolution of 1440x900 (I used to have one). If the game is feeding the monitor too high a resolution, the monitor can't display it and.....input not supported. So, if the game has a configuration option (without going into the game itself) set the resolution to 800x600 and try to play. If it works, bump up the resolution until it looks acceptable.
Hope this helps!

Did you set the PC video out to the native resolution of this ACER? 1400 X 1050 60Hz.
You will get the unsupported message if it cannot handle the resolution you are trying to display.
