When brewing, the Brewstation will only brew 2-4 cups at a time in normal mode and in flavor+ mode (the only modes I use). The machine didn't do this for the first several months, but since it started, has seemed to get worse. I even have this problem when running the cleaning solutions through the machine, which I do normally. I've tried brewing without the water filter, which is near new. No luck. Any luck is appreciated. Thanks
After cleaning mine it wont brew it will brew for 1 minute then stop. have only had it a few months!! I have tried ever setting with no results!! I think its the connections behind the clock and the chance of water getting into it in the spout area. I think that is the major design flaw. I am currently attempting to seal whole bottom where the spout is and the water goes in
I just got mine via auction. All it did was steam, very little dripping. I took mine apart (used anyway) and found the water line has a soft tubing connecting metal pipe to plastic top drip part. It was crimpped. Was able to twist and straighten. Now works fine. Beware though when closing machine I caught a wire, had to fix that.

On my old Hamilton Beach Brew Station the machine made coffee just fine, it would just very slowly dispense the coffee into my coffee cup. The interior of the holding reservoir (this is where the already made coffee sits and is kept warm) was heavily stained by coffee (it was black) and the small dome shaped screen filter (this filter keeps coffee grounds from getting in your coffee cup) appeared black and clogged. I used a product called Krud Kutter available at Walmart. I poured enough of it in the holding reservoir to cover the filter and let it sit for about three hours. It now looks like new. DO NOT run this cleaner through the coffee making cycle. Dump the cleaner out and rinse the reservoir out several times with fresh water. The final step is to run a coffee cycle using just fresh water at maximum water capacity and just let it sit for a while as you would a brewed pot of coffee leaving the pot ON to keep it hot. This will allow any Krud Kutter residue to be removed.
I got mine at an auction, it worked but wouldnt brew. All it would do is steam and sputter. I first tried cleaning with vinegar, nothing changed, so I took it apart and found the coupler they used for connecting the water tube to the plastic top was twisted and crimpped, dont know how it ever worked right. So after straightening it, it now works fine. Beware of the wiring inside, not much play in wiring!
You can run a cup of vinegar through the machine. Run it just as you would making coffee, except without the coffee. Run water through the cycle at least twice to remove sediment and the vinegar. Works like a charm.
Sounds like the dispensing lever is broken. I had the same problem. I am still looking for a part. If the coffee is brewed and in the upper tank then the lever is not pushing on the valve. I glued mine several times but it keeps breaking.
