Well i went out and bought a new phone a motorola v220 the guy in the store selling it was only to happy to get rid of it and gave me a month warrenty, problems started a month and a half later the phone drops calls, and when you answer calls it takes a full two seconds before the other party can hear you then now suddenly i wake up in the middle of the night to set my alarm for the next day and the phone has a white screen tried switching it off and on again but nothin just a white screen a total waste of money should have stuck with nokia
Yo dude take out the chip and battery blow out the ohone with air put the battery in it again let it sit for an hour and turn it on again and it should work

You should store your numbers on your sim its safer. But the answer to the problem is you cant unless you replace the screen. Alternatively you could try adding an external phone screen via the phone usb port.
Method 1: Manually delete each one.
Method 2: Use Motorola Phone tools. You will need a USB cable to connect your phone to the computer.
Method 3: Factory reset.
You can do that online at www.unlockitnow.com, www.mobile2mobile.net or take the phone to a mobile store close to you and have them unlock it for you for a fee.

you got a very easy to do problem but you gona need another v220 and some help, what we do is working step by step with the 2 celu tell your friend to go on the good one and you do the same in yours it well do ti or take your celu to the store threy have yonks for solve that problem and beliveme there will be a large cuantities of v220....good luck
well i turn my phone on and all i see is a black screen. so i turn it back off then back on again and its still blcak
