SOURCE: Left side of page cut off printing from Outlook 2003

Hi there,
Have you try to Copy paste the content of Outlook to Word and then try to print.

As Outlook have lesser option to set for printing. And may not possess all the features to print it correctly.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

SOURCE: Big Black not printing

Sounds to me your print head is plugged up. This is not usual though because the majority of people use black ink much more. So, in your printer utility, do a deep cleaning. If that does not work, there is a thing called a purge unit in it. This is a usual way of draining waste ink to a pad that soaks it up. if the hose, or other parts are clogged, it backs the ink up and causes the print head to clog. If this is the start of it, do not waste your ink cleaning, and try not to let it sit too long. Contact canon, and let them kno what you think it is.

SOURCE: Printing

Do not continue this way, you are sure to ruin your paper sensor or the like. Most probably you have a paper jam inside near the carriage or roller. Open at front, check inside for paper jam.

SOURCE: Paper Feed

I had what sounds like the same problem. I had been using my printer earlier and then it started pulling the paper to one side (same side as yours). After trying the basic stuff ...I turned the printer upside down ...and out fell an almond. How it got in there I don't know..(I think my neighbours' little girl was eating them and must have dropped it in when she was visiting. ) I'm not sure if there was more to the problem than this ..and that seems almost too simple, but after the almond was out the printer started working just like before. I don't know if your problem might be similar but I hope maybe this can help.

Try loading paper in the bypass on the left hand side of the machine. It may be that you are trying to print a document that is a different size to the paper that you have loaded in the copier.

HOW TO PRINT ON BOTH THE SIDES OF A PAPER

Its very simple to print on both the sides of a paper. If your printer is the one with Duplex Printing, then

just open the print dialog box by clicking on PRINT in the file menu of any document.

Now click on the Properties

Click on the check box (small box given along any option, where a tick appears, when clicked)
present at the side of "click on both the sides", and click OK.... and the paper is printed on both the sides.

BUT EVEN IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A DUPLEX PRINTER, THEN YOU CAN DO THAT

MANUALLY AS WELL.....wanna know how....its very simple, have a look below......:

Once you open the Print dialog box, just on the left hand side there are options given
to select for the type of printing you want.....eg. All Pages, Pages... etc. click on Pages and enter the nos. in
odd series i.e. 1,3,5,7,9.... once this printing is over now turn the sides of the pages and place it in the tray
and enter the page nos. 2,4,6,8,10 where you enterd the odd pages. Simple you will get printouts 2 at the back
of 1 and 4 at the back of 3......is'nt it simple....... give it a try and go on & save paper....

Good Luck!!

I would make sure that the paper guides in the paper tray are tight against the paper. And make sure the adf guides are close togather so the paper will not go in crocked Good Luck.

Can Lexmark x2470 scan and print a double sided document?

after reading the manual, http://www.lexmark.com/publications/pdfs/2007/2400/ug_en.pdf, yes it is possible - not that it tells you how to do it though so read on.
Until you become familiar with the process just use one sheet of paper at a time in the printer.
As you know, in the scanner the top right of your document goes to the right hand front corner of the scan bed (the clear window), place the page on the scanner and scan.
Pick up the printed sheet of paper and flip it so the left hand side edge is now in your right hand and the right hand edge is now in your left hand and you are now looking at the blank side of the paper.
Insert the page back into the sheetfeeder.
Flip the page to copy in the scanner so the rearmost edge of the paper is now to the front of the scan bed and the front edge of the paper is now towards the rear (you should now be looking at the page you scanned previously).
Scan the page.
you should have now scanned both sides of one sheet of paper to another sheet of paper.
as your printer does not have a sheet feeder for the scanner you have to do the process manually. hope this helps.

Hp psc 750 won't print in black

ok, need a bit more info but when you select to print document, in the print options screen that comes up make sure your printer is selected in the top left hand corner, select preferences, then select color, click on advanced color settings and make sure all the colors are set to zero on the left hand side, to adjust the figures to zero use the sliders in the center, then select ok, tick the box besides print in greyscale and select ok, this should print your document in black ok, hope this helps, get back to me if still having trouble, cheers, Brett.

Printing position of a picture

heyo Chuckie,

Really depends on your printer. I am assuming you are using Word. When looking at your documents, go to FILE, PRINT, click on PROPERTIES and then LAYOUT tab. THere is BORDERLESS printing. If you have a laser printer it may not have a problem with this, if you have an inkjet, there are paper rollers in the print that need to hold the paper while printing. As a last resort, I would make a PDF of the doc and swing over to Kinkos or a printing shop and print it off there.

Good Luck.

Epson CX3650 Printing Only half a page

This may sound nutty, but I have an epson stylus cx3650, with the same INFURIATING problem. And I think I *may* have just fixed it. and its daft, and simple, but we all know how picky printers can be!

Okay, the paperfeed at the top, on the left hand side is a grey slide, (right in the printer) to hold the paper in place. USE IT to keep the paper straight, it seems, if the paper goes in straight, the whole page is printed. I don't know how or why but it worked for me! ^^ (and this is after the printer was stored in a cupboard for a year, because of this problem!)
