Hi lilnemo91b, try this to resolve the problem.

Go to start>Printers and Faxes, right click on the printer icon and select Printing Prefferences
Click on the advanced tab, turn off the duplex settings by deselecting the 2-sided printing option
Click on the Print Setup tab and make sure print last page first is not selected in the check box.

Hope this helps.

I have a Samsung scx 4623fw printner. When I print one page, the machine will send 2nd page following first page causing page 1 jam at exit 2 and p2 jam on exit 1. It happens every time. Can someone h

On the document that you are trying to print, go to the very last word, of the last page.. hold the shift key down & use your down arrow to highlight anything below, no matter how long it may be highlighting white space. Hit your back arrow once. Check the last word for punctuation & spelling, resale your document & try to print again.

A lot of times in the course of 'composing', extra carriage returns or tabs or spaces, are added to the bottom of the document. I have just explained how to clear the second page printing. It may also remove the erroneous codes that may have formed.

Rebooting a printer has the same good effect as rebooting your computing device. It clears up a lot of confusion that has stacked up since the last time you did it.

If you have printed labels with this same printer, you may have part of a label throwing off the paper path. Also make sure that the paper guides in your paper bin or manual feed area are close, but not touching or pinching the paper. This can cause paper to go off of its normal print path.

Good luck.
Toby.

My cannon D680 prints a blank page after every print or copy job. the pages print fine but at the end it always feeds 1 blank page. what can it be?

See if there is an option in your settings to print a "job owner" page after each job. That's not what it's actually called but I had a similar issue with a Canon printer and found that you can have the printer automatically print a page after the job that identifies who sent the job to the printer. It's the last page so it lands on top of a finished job and separates it from other jobs sent to the printer before you have a chance to get yours. If you don't have network identifications associated with users it may just print a blank page as a separator.

THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE WITH MY MARGINS. I have Microsoft word 2007, an HP Officejet Pro 8500 Premier and windows vista. After some research I found a commonality with my problem and these three operating...

The problem may lie in the printers setting for the margins. Do you set the margins only in word 2007 or do you check the printers margins too?

Also the issue may lie with the printer having the incorrect paper size

Have a look in the printer properties (When you go to print, its beside the printer selected) and look through there and see if there are any issues.

I need to change printing pages from last to first page first

the last printed page is always on top. For a long document, it takes a while to resort and place the first page first! This is how you can get Microsoft Word to reverse the print order and save all the trouble.
I have spent so much time resorting documents after printing. On my printer, the last page printed is always on top. By printing the last page first (reverse order), the document is already correctly sorted.
Here is how to do it:
1. Open Microsoft Word
2. Open the document to be printed
3. Click the Tools menu
4. Select Options
5. Click the Print tab
6. Check the Reverse Print Order option
7. Select OK
Now, all your documents will prevent in reverse order. What a lifesaver!!!

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.

Last page of printing stops 3/4 through the page.

Try cleaning your heads with appropriate solution. Then, cancel all print jobs. Try again. If it does the same i would turn it off, inplug all the cables, replug all and turn on. Try again. If still no good, completely unistall printer then reinstall it. Try once more. Good luck
