Ordering a 'bit' for your drill is not something you'd probably do. Ordering a 'chuck' however is perhaps what you mean?, i.e. the piece that actually rotates in the drill, holding whatever bit or accessory you're using.
This can be harder to find than you'd think, but maybe start by the internet, checking for the specs of the drill, then once you find the size, I'd go through eBay as hardware stores will generally charge you a fortune for these things.

You have the general tone for all incoming calls In order to assign tones you need to create your address book where you can assign the differnt tones.

"No dial tone" certainly needs a bit more information. Technology requires doing the most simple aspects first then on to the complex. For starters, did you try a different phone line? Is the phone service turned on? Is the unit plugged into the wall and fully charged? More info required for your request.

The issue is due to bad caps not holding the charge enough. Open the LCD and look for bad caps and replace as necessary. The fix should not exceed 20 bucks in parts. Make sure you allocate at least 1.5 hrs and a large clean table to open your lcd.

Your new radio is likely not programmed the same as the others. A continual tone indicates a channel which is not programmed (doesn't have a frequency installed).

The other thing which can cause a tone, is a low or uncharged battery. You might try switching one of the known good batteries to the new radio to see if it will work. If you still have the same continual tone with a known good battery installed, you have a programming issue. If the battery swap solves the problem, then you need to investigate why your battery isn't charged up.

Either way, contact the dealer where you purchased the BPR40, they should provide programming free, or a warranty replacement battery for free. If you ordered online or by mail, and you just received the radio within the week, you should request they provide return shipping for you.

Generally the unit will beep or play the "uh-oh" tone or do something. I wish I could tell you what's going on with this Dirt Dog, but it's not communicating the problem. Try switching batteries with one of your other handsets known to be in good working order or replace the batteries in the handset with the problem with new ones
