I have a printer BJC-2100SP of Canon and the printer does not work.I have checked all the connections too. When I switch it ON it makes some sound of being connected but when I give a command to print then it does not print.it had been functioning well and I hope that there is some small silly problem.I request you to please help me to solve the problem,or else give me the adress of your service centre for Kolkata town in WEST BENGAL INDIA. Thanks and regards Rajeev Khanna
First turn off and disconnect your printer from the pc. You should go to Add/Remove programmes to find your printer driver and uninstall it. Next go to your printers and faxes folder and see if your printer is there, if so right click on the icon and click delete. Put your Printer's cd rom driver in your cd drive to reinstall driver, then switch on and re connect printer to your pc. A pop up should say 'Found new hardware' then identify your printer and then say 'your hardware is installed and ready to use' Try printing off a test page. Hope this rectifies it.
