You can only form sd Hc if your card reader is approved for SDHC use. It should tell you that on the outside of the card reader or in the documentation of the card reader.

If your drive isn't formatting 2gb, it could be that the driver was designed prior to 2gb cards being released. You could look for a new driver or replace it with a card reader that supports SD HC use as will as a 2 gb SD drive.

Sandisk micro memory chip not working in my lg620g cell phone

The LG620g works with microSD cards. Your 4GB card is actually a microSDHC card. While it fits into the slot, it's electronically incompatible and will not work in this phone. You need to use microSD cards, 2GB and smaller.

The e-series uses microSD cards. Your 4GB card is actually a microSDHC card. While it fits into the slot it is not electronically compatible and will not work in the e250. You need to stay with microSD cards, 2GB and smaller.

What kind of a sd card do I need to purchase inorder to expand the memory of my sansa c250

Hello,

It depends on the firmware version of the player,
to determine the capacity and type SD card you can use.
note
player's firmware version can not be interchanged

Look in Settings > System Info for your version:
For 01.xx.xx firmware (c200 version 1) - up to 2GB microSD cards
For 03.xx.xx firmware (c200 version 2) - up to 4GB microSDHC cards

SanDisk microSD/microSDHC card not working for my computer

Hi there!!!

I can understand your issue..

When you say if you connect the card into phone and connects to the computer and gets an error message as I/O drive error then i'd say the file format in the card is not recognized by the computer.

I'd suggest you to format the card through the computer. Here is the steps :

1) Open My Computer
2) Right-clicking on Removable Disk
3) Select Format, select the checkbox for "Quick Format".

Hereby check this screen shot

4gb sandisk will not in my Nintendo DS

please defrag the sony sandisk with windows defrag .
it will load after a defrag, if this doesnt work , check the integrity of the gaming software by nintendo.

also the format of the nintendo system may be fat 16, and your 4gb may be ntfs or fat 32. so this will not work if its fat 32 or ntfs system
check this into my computer ... right click disk managment
it will display the file system format.

I have a 4gb sandisk micro sdhc i took it out of a motorola g6 phone and removed the media then formatted it with my computer then put it in a nokia 6085 and it says its not formatted then put it back in...

How long did you use it in the g6? If it wasn't for long I would say it sounds like you got either a bad stick or a fake stick. Fake sticks are easily passed as the real thing. They even come in the perfect oem packages. Will your Nokia still recognize it? Why didn't your Nokia offer to format it for you I wonder? Go to the http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923293 and apply the XP hotfix if you are indeed running XP. Hope that helps.
