I have a razr v3c and it got wet. The screen is visible, the numbers and text, but there is no backlight so it is extremely difficult to read. Almost impossible. I can only read it if I am holding it at the perfect angle towards light. The phone operates normally otherwise. Do I need a new screen, or is the backlight portion something different? Is this something I can repair on my own?
That happened to me too but i didnt get mine wet, it did the same as yours though my dad took out the battery for a while and then put it back in and it was fine! :) goodluck! only now it wont turn on! lol but it isnt from that.
