I've DG31PR intel motherboard,when i'm install audio driver then it shows succesfully installed but there when we execute movie maker than it shows no mixer installed and if we check sound and audio devices from Control panel than the dialog box shows no devices installed and there is no sound control in system tray.pl provide me the solution I'll be very thankfull to u.

Hi, i got this motherboard too. First i install using the drive from the DVD seem same problem. But i try to re-format everything then the first thing i do is go to this webpage to download the latest driver

After download then install it. wa la... it solved.. :-) hope this will help you.
Try the latest drivers from http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=2839 . AC 97 drivers will often install OK but not work unless they are the correct ones.

you can check the BIOS if the audio is enable, first thing to do is, when you turn on the computer you just press successively the delete key your keyboard, after that your are now int the BIOS, use arrow down, up left and right, the chose the perephiral devices check if the audio is enabled, if disabled press enter and chose enable, after that you press F10 to save the changes, then check your audio

i am install DG31PR audio drivers it is working but any video or audio player running and close the player and second time open that players they are not working it show error sound drivers not installed then after i am restart my PC ofter working few minutes again same problem please salve this problem
