I have a new phone. When I turn it on I get a long error message that says: "BOOT LOADER" and a bunch of numbers. Then it says "P H SIG ERR: 35:02: OK TO PROGRAM CONNECT USB DATA CABLE" At first it did this only every now and then. Now it does it repeatedly and you have to turn it on and off several times before it does the regular start up. As long as you leave on it works fine.
You need to reflash it. Do a google search on guides on how to reflash you phone.
