I have an error message that reads: Replace Black PCU. What is a Black PCU, where is is, and how do I go about replacing? The printer originally quit working, when this message appeared, but once I turned the printer off and restarted it is now printing, but the message is still there.
I'm not sure how to obtain one, but "Black PCU" stands for Black Photoconductor Unit, and according to a manual for a different Ricoh printer model, it should be fairly simple to replace if you can find one.

my printer just starting showing function error SC899 with the instructions to turn off and restart. Well I have done that and the error message keeps appearing, any suggestion of what it might be and what I can do to fixes the problem?
