After replacing belt it started making too much noise when you turn on. What could be the reason?

You missed something then.. look further back in the vacuum stream or belt drive area for debris or foreign objects.

Vacuum is loud

Check for clogs starting with the air passageway at the bottom....
a piece of TV cable is great for clearing clogs there....check all
hoses...check for dirty filters. If you find no clogs remove the
brush bar and belt and start the vacuum...if the vacuum is no
longer noisy the problem is the bearings at each end of the brush
bar..... WD 40 may fix or you will have to replace. If after all this
the noise persists the the problem is in the motor. (If you use WD 40
make sure it is dry before you vacuum carpet)

I've found step by step video demonstrations for cleaning, belt replacement, basically maintenance of different appliances on "YOUTUBE" you might want to check it out. Just type in Bissell 4104 beater bar replacement. Hopefully there will be a video showing you exactly how to replace it properly.

Very loud screeching ,continuous when turned on

Hi dfabin,

Does the screeching come from the motor area or the brush/belt area?

If it's from the motor. Turn it off. It needs repair.
If it's from the brush/belt area, most likely your belt is either slipping or rubbing on something.
Do you have an owner's manual?
If you do, and the noise come from the belts, take the belt(s) off and check them for wear, stretching, anything imbedded in them. Be sure to clean all debris out of the area. and reassemble. If still noisy, the belt may be slipping and needs to be replaced.
Here's a site where you can view the parts breakdown and order parts: http://www.vacpartswarehouse.com/Bissell-Healthy-Home-Models-5770-5990-6100-6405-s/600.htm

Hope this helps. If it does, I'd appreciate a vote. Thanks,

My brush roller isn't spinning on my bissell powergroom vacuum

You belt has probably broken or it has stretched to the point where it won't turn the brush against the resistance of the carpet. You need to change the belt. Below are the two possible belts you could need. Check and see if yours is a PowerGroom Pet (it will say on the vacuum) or just the regular PowerGroom model. Here are the belts:

We have a Bissell Clearview Revolution #3595 and the motor when turned on Screeches, loudly, it does ****, just incredibly noisy we have already changed the belt

Sounds like a bad motor, part # 2032211It would cost around $60 for a new one. Did you check the brush roll to see if it is making alot of noise, if it is then replace it.
