Washer sometimes spins and sometimes doesn't.Have tried on all different cycles.have tried switch and doesn't make any difference. Complets washand rinse cucle but won't spin. Your help would be appreciated. Thank You
I had the same problem. to solve I pulled of the cap where you add the Softener, Cleaned it , then look down the hole that is left in the agitator wheere the softener cap was, at the bottom is a plastic cap over the screw that keeps the agitaor on, pull this cap off and chedck trhe four dog that engage the saw teeth around the agitator, if they are there (shich mine where ) cleanall around. I used Fantasitc and poured it down the to fill up to the dogs. I manually turnee the agitaorthen flushed with hot water. It helop me. you got to be careful as the soap , like fantastic is slippery and the dogs will just slip if the soap is not cleaned all off;.
