The main power supply regulator section circuit fault. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.

It could just be the solder on the convergence ICs which needs to be reflowed. If that doesnt help then the ICs will need replacement. Your model uses 2 of the STK392-570 ICs. If you need further assistance please let me know.
Thanks
Sonny
Hi, Most common problem in WS-55819 is failure of convergence output chips and blown pico fuses in power supply section. You need to read out error code in tv, procedure is as follows: Pressing the front panel "INPUT" and "MENU" buttons at the same time, and holding for 5 seconds, activates the Error Code Mode. The LED flashes denoting a two digit Error Code, or indicating no problem has occurred since the last Initialization. Note: The front panel buttons must used, NOT those on the Remote Control. • The number of flashes indicates the value of the MSD (tens digit) of the Error Code. • The flashing then pauses for approximately 1/2 second. • The LED then flashes indicating the value of the LSD (ones digit) of the Error Code. • The Error Code is repeated a total of 5 times. Example: If the Error Code is "24", the LED will flash two times, pause, and then flash four times. Error codes detail: The Error Code designations indicating a malfunction, or no malfunction, are listed below: "12" ... indicates no error has occurred. "21" ... X-Ray Protect circuit. "22" ... Short Protect circuit. "23" ... Horizontal Deflection failure. "24" ... Vertical Deflection failure. This way you can determine what section got problem in tv and causing problem. Let me know if you need further info. Thanks.
Did you replace the center board with the STK-392-570 chips or the Digital convergence board mounted on it?
98% of the time if you have a convergence problem it is on the center board---the small board on the left under the metal shield box stores and controls the convergence of this set.
WHICH DID YOU REPLACE?
I am here to help----I have fixed hundreds of Mitsubishi sets with convergence troubles.
code stands for loss of vertical. I had one of these if you can check pico fuses, check the ones on the main power board the one with the 2 convergence amps if any of them are blown then most likely the convergence amps have shorted out.
No, that'll do it. Once you've changed em you'll know right away if somethin isn't right. But take faith and fire that puppy up. If the pix is good you did good. If something is amiss. I'd be happy to walk you through it. My money is on you though.
