Printing through Terminal services requires that printing be enabled in the Terminal Services Configuration (Client Settings Tab). It also requires that the printer driver be installed on the Terminal server, not the actual printer (as it shows under the control panel) but just the driver. You can install just the driver by going to File/Server Properties under Printers and Faxes ON THE TERMINAL. Install the printer normally on the client machines.
Note: For a printer to work via Terminal services it needs to have a compatible driver (which I believe is called PCL??) So some consumer printers (the ones that only come with Setup programs, not just driver packages) will not work. The majority of HP Officejets and laserjets are fine, as are Brother lasers.
