Question about Sony Walkman WM-D6C Personal Cassette Player

Cassette drive turns, speakers hiss but no music

Old sony cf-1200 boom box plays radio well, am and fm. Cassette drive turns, cassette advances but no music. Cassettes checked for sound on other player and works fine. Heads have been cleaned. What's up.

How do i repair the cd player on the cfds 01 player

Rhe repair work depends on the dianosis. Sometimes you simply can't det parts for old CD players.
So, if you know about CD repair, start by dismounting your playes and then you'll know how to repair it.

CDF-510 Sony boom box. The tape player does not work any more. Where can I get it fixed or get repair parts?

When I put a cd into my boom box the display reads "no disc". can you help? Everything else works great so I'd really like to fix it if I can. Thanks

LASERS ARE LIKE THE OLD RECORD NEEDLES THEY ONLY HAVE A LIMITED LIFE AND GET WEAKER WITH AGE HOW OLD IS THE UNIT ANDARE YOU PLAYING BURNT CDS IF SO BUY BETTER BLANKS AND MAKE SURE WHEN YOU BURN YOU DO A RED BOOK BURN.
