this wheel does seize over a period of time.Remove the top cover so that you can see the wheel. It can be unseized by spraying a mixture of 20% ammonia to 80% water under the wheel. Let it sit for 20-30 minutes, spray it again and then turn it with a pair of pliers. Do NOT break it!! use a soft cloth around it if you want to protect the wheel from scratches.

My Elna jubilee breaks needles like not aligned had it serviced but still doing it?

sounds like needles are wrong too long perhaps, or are the needles breaking when you are sewing, if so the thickness of the material, is too much for the needle, on jeans you cant use the little thin needles you have to put the right size needle for the material.

3-thread rolled hem:

Remove left needle.
Settings as follows:
Upper looper 3-5
Lower looper 7-9
Right needle 3-5
Stitch length 1-1.5
Cutting width 3-5
Differential N

go google and type in --- workshop manual for elna 792d overlocker---and there will be a pdf version to down load
on the same sites you will find user manuals and probably a parts manual as well that you can down load
that way you will get a book on how to fix and a book on how to use use
