Ios I am having problems with taking pictures. I would like to reset the whole camera to the original when I bought it. I accidentally pushed the wrong buttons on the camera and now problems. Especially when I go outside, it takes and is all white out. I can not take pictures outside. Is there someone I can talk to.

Missing light on pictures

Hi Louise. I found you anyway!

Troubleshooting this could get complicated, so I want to try some basic stuff first and get that out of the way.

First: Let's check your camera settings, You may have accidentally set the exposure setting incorrectly. Have you tried resetting your camera back to factory default? The way to do it is in Setup Menu number 2. Scroll down to "Clear All Camera Settings". Then press the Set button. This will take your camera back to like it was when you took it out of the box.
Now try taking a picture, If you still have the same problem, let me know by commenting in this session and we'll move on to step #2.

Deleting pics

Hi. I don't know if you accidentally changed something, but I would take all the pictures off. Download them to a pc then format the card. Then, reset the camera back to manufacturer specs. That would fix it.

Samsung l200 cant take more than 4 pictures

i just had this problem too! the way i fixed it was to:
press the review button click the menu (center) button go all the way to the right side "settings" area (a little cogged wheel and wrench) format the camera ---> yes reset the camera ---> yes
make sure you don't have any valuable pictures still on the camera, because this will delete them, override any of your previous settings (like no sound, or different sounds) and basically reset the camera to original factory settings.
this worked for me, so i hope it will work for you, too!

Shutter

kirstyanne00,

open the film door and check the shutter blades. did you accidentally push the blades in when loading the film? if so take the camera to a camera repair shop, the technician may be able to reset the blades while you wait.
or send it to pentax repair center for an estimate cost to repair.

Canon Powershot SD1000. Not allowing to take pictures

Hi

Try turning the flash off and see if you can then take pictures. If that works then your flash is defective and needs to be replaced.

We are a digital camera repair business (Google Darntoothysam) and we can do that repair for you for a very reasonable price, or you can look for a defective camera online and make one good camera from the two.

Good luck from Darntoothysam com

A whole new problem...

Did you fix the previous problem? If so, was it a missing or loose screw?

As for your current problem, you may have accidentally pressed the LCD display on/off button (it manually turns off the LCD display to save battery life). Turn on your camera and press the DISP button once. It's located on the back of your camera in the lower left corner.

Blurry Pictures

Check that you have not got Macro set accidently.
If lighting level are low and the camera is selectinging a slow speed - reset to Apeture Priority -setting 'A' and and be very gentle with the release - the slightest movement will blur an image on long exposure.
Try these thing and if still introuble come back with more detail
