Hi, I have an alba lcd32880hdf tv and moved tv to different part of room, when I turned the tv back on and did auto tune channels came back up except itv ones so went to retune again but tv then came up as a blue screen saying no signal

The Tv is working fine, from the description it is that one channel not coming in, the blue screen indicates no signal. It could be that the signal in that room is a little weaker and just going below the thresh hold to allow it to come through. It is possible the station might have been off the air, try another auto tune.

Hi, sounds like the antenna. Maybe get an Aerial company to check it out for you as you might not be picking up a strong enough signal.

Yes, you need an antenna -- rabbit ears or some other type of digital antenna.

TV is searching for over the air channels. Select in the main menu to go from over the air to cable channels and you should be fine.

Cannot tune in my 19 inch Alba tv to main channels ie bbc and itv

POOR AERIAL SIGNAL, CHECK THE COAX JACK IS ON PROPERLY. NO OUTER STRANDS OF WIRE SHOULD BE TOUCHING INNER COPPER CORE. OR CHANGE CABLE & GO INTO THE BACK OF A SKY BOX TO THE TV, THEN RESCAN.

How do you auto tune the Radio channels in or even do a search for different channels?

get the on screen menu up ( press menu on the remote) move around until you find auto tune , move sideways and it starts auto tuning
ti finds all radio and tv stations for you
when finished it may auto save or you will be required to press the ok button then exit

Alba lcd32880hdf has lost colour when watching Tv but works when using games console

It is almost for sure a bad connection at you wires. To show in black and white means your red and green are reversed or bad. I am guessing you have this hooked up with component.

I set a parental control password on my alba lcd32880hdf 2 years ago and can't remember what it is. Can I reset it?

When you said this: They said: turn on the DVD player. Hit "set-up". Scroll down to the "lock" icon. Scroll over to "Rating". Scroll over to unlock. Enter 0000. Click on Ok. Enter 0000 again, click Ok again. Menu should read unlock. Voila!, is that dvd on the tv or a normal dvd player

Not sure if anyone has come across this problem before. I have had 3 tv's in my son's room and all 3 different models including old one alba 19 inch lcd and another all just stopped working....

jotvguy just wondering, is there definitely power in these outlets ? Have you tried a lamp or something else to prove you have power at the wall outlet?
