Without CD-ROM and USB, nothing can be achived
Advice you to take it to the service centre
Or if you really want to try something at your own then you can uplug hard drive from the computer and connect it to some other computer/PC with CD-ROM/USB and you can run setup and install Windows.
After installation connect the Hard drive back into this computer (Sounds good but only try if you can deal with it)
Only way to achieve this....
1)please see whether your CD ROM(supplied with your mobile phone) specifications MEETS YOUR COMPUTER SPECIFICATIONS.IF NOT BETTER GO TO MANUFACTURER'S WEBSITE TO DOWNLOAD DRIVERS FOR YOUR OS.
First you can insert cd on the cd rom and then click the hard drive of your cd rom. After that install the software for you LG 636, and then connect your LG usb to your computer so that it can find the it. After you connect, there's a message that says found new hardware or a hardware must already use after that installer must done to install. If doest work, try to connect on your pc and then find the driver into the internet.
Take the CD and put it in another computer that can read it and copy the contents to a USB stick, then u can take it and install it into your PC.. thats what i did.... OR you can download it from http://uk.lgmobile.com/web/web.mypage.RetrieveMyPhoneList.laf
