Try to check for paper specks if there's any inside the printer or any broken device. If you are still getting paper jam error even if there is none. Its a hardware issue then.
have a look in the top left hand side of the slot that the paper comes out of. If there is a little lever sticking out, push it back in and restart your printer and all should be well.
Open the glass cover on top of printer, check a switch for lock and unlock on left or right hand side of the printer. toggle it to unlock position, turn it back on and check if there are errors still.
