Question about Creative Labs Zen Nano Plus MP3 Player

My Zen Nano cuts out when playing tracks.

I am using windows media player to play & copy music and then sending the files to my Creative Zen Nano plus 1GB. It copies ok but when you play it plays the tracks for about 3 seconds and then it completely switches off! I am sure it didnt do this when I first bought it. Some files it will work with some it wont. Can you help please? Thankyou

Zen stone 1 gb mp3 player canot play any songs can read on pc but can not open on my computer can charge and can on what must me the problem?

well it shouldnt play the first song in the folder. it should automatically play the song where you left off. and when you are changing the EQ, make sure that you are pressing in the selector key. (the key at the bottom to the right of the volume control keys) as it may take a while to adjust to your volume settings

Music wont play.
You may have formated the mp3 and there by erased the firmware that allows it to play as a stand alone mp3 player.

there doesn't seem to be support for vista but the link for the firmware and update is here. this will at least let you use it as an mp3 player again

Mp3 music wont play... all other functions ok
Your Computer may not be recognising it.
If it came with an installation cd,i suggest you reinstall but back up your music on a memory stick or recordable cd.
I would also try using another usb port.

I Doubt its stopped playing because its been dropped on the floor as my best friend has one of these,and her one has been dropped in the bath,on the hard floor lots of times and still works

Creative Zen nano plus write file delayed
My creative zen nano plus 1GB bought 6 months back, when connected to the comp it hangs...then after long time it gives an error message that write file delayed in F:. I didn't even try to write any file...the right click also hangs the computer after long time
