MY beocenter 2 does not recognise any disk

My beocenter 2 which i recently bougth does not regonise any disk that I put in it including audio cd mp3 or dvd.Already tried cleaning lens.pls help

The only real help would be from Bang & Olufsen techs. It's under a total warranty for three years, so take it to them, they won't charge you to repair it. If anything, they should give you a new one, which has been my Bang & Olufsen warranty experience.
