Hi. I just bought a brand new Toshiba 32' LCD TV. I was playing with the remote control to try and change the picture size (which I eventually did), but I somehow screwed up the sound.
The sound is now scratchy and fuzzy. The TV picture is fine.
Can anyone help me undo whatever I did? Is there some "revert to factory settings" command?
Is there a quick fix for todhibs grey screen or fog?

I don't think it's a configuration problem at all. I do think that the set is not adjusting to the correct format. Most Stores have 30 day return policy. If it's over 30 days then they may not take it back. If you bought it online, then, the return may be difficult. If the return is not possible, then, contact Toshiba online and find a local Toshiba authorized servicer in your area. Hope this helps.

There seems to be a problem with the IR LED of your television. solder the connections if any of them is cut. Also there can be loose connections. its better to contact the retailer from whom you purchased this tv

The missing color issue can be resolved by resoldering the loose contacts in your units circuitry. Your unit is still worth to be fixed.
