Mag monitor signal cable faulty

I have a MAG innovision 986FS monitor and I am trying to find a diagram for the pin configuration for the signal cable (the end which plugs into the graphics card) as my cable is damaged an I need to install a new connector on the end of the cable.

My apple mini mac (no intel) hook up mag monitor 780

The Mac Mini has an adapter plug, DVI to VGA.
If you use the adapter and a VGA cable to the monitor there is not a noticeable difference.

Just be sure to know the resolution maximums of the MAG monitor before you think its the Mac.

heres the driver that you needed for your monitor

I can’t find where the AC power cord plugs in on the back of the monitor. Answer There are two places where the AC connector could be found.
1. Look at the back of the monitor right next to the signal cable connection.
2. If the signal cable does not detach from the monitor, follow the signal cable to the end, and you will see the 15 pin D-Sub connector (blue connector). There you will find a small hole with a pin inside (in between the two notches).

Mag Innovision LT776s Model 780

Sounds like an inverter problem. If the power supply is internal replace the capacitors coming out of the voltage regulators. These are usually 1000mf and/or 470mf. If that doesn't do the trick look up the numbers on the 8-pin chips that drive the secondary transformers on the inverter to see if they are getting the right voltages.
Good Luck!
