Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
Hello man, I may help you reflash your phone for free. You don't need a special cable or a smart clip device to flash a v3. Your problem is SEEM related. SEEM's are hexazecimal tables that interconnect the phone's flex (basic imput/output hardware controll data) and flash (software "operating system" - graphical interface). Some programs or improper shutdowns are known to corrupt the SEEM table so you simply need to have the phone's software rewritten. In order to have this done, please contact me on the live chat option of this site because the process involves a fairly large number of step-by-step operations and I must be shure that each of them is completed properly before you start the actual flashing. Also please note that the V3 model was built in 3 hardware configurations : v3a, v3b (both have paragorn/neptune ST code memory controller) and the v3r (wich was selled mostly locked on a specific carrier). All of them look 100% identical but are flashed in different ways. We need to identify your v3 type first. I'll wait for you if you want to try this your own.

At the back of the phone at the top you will see a silver button. This will release your battery cover. Then you simply push down then out on the battery to remove it. This is sounding more like a Flex cable problem so I would suggest taking it to a professional for this. It could also be a software problem so get a mini USB data cable and go to motorola's support website and upgrade your software.
