Iriver h10 will not switch off.

My iriver h10 (20g) will not switch off. It will switch on whilst it is charging but will then not switch off until the battery dies again. I've tried resetting it but no joy. any ideas?

Iriver h10 20G- wont recognize

a Couple of months ago I had sort of the same problem although my H10's got 6G...anyhow what solved my problem was downloading the current firmware, then I installed WMP 11 (10would also work) and restarted the device...then connected it and finally updated the firmware just by folowing the steps of the same programe...that's it hehe hope it works also for U guys. Oh and try to backup all your music or start downloading it all again as you'll loose it from the player.

Not Synchonizing mp3

I clean format. Via Windows explorer. Right click the drive and then format it as FAT32. Once its done, unplug it and open the iriver software. Plug it in and see if that works. Good luck
