Hi, Ive moved into a new flat, and I have a zanussi jet stream 1400 turbo dry front loader. Of course, no instructions were left on how to use it. I cant seem to get anything but soaking wet clothes, no spin cycle, and certainly no turbo dry.

Can you tell me where I could download a users manual?

It appears that you may have a faulty door interlock or a faulty PCB. pcb is not really a DIY job as some boards require proramming on certain versions. Regards Advisor

Hi - I have the 'not starting' problem. The door lock is working fine and I am thinking that it is an electronic fault. I had a leaking roof recently. Could this have been caused by water damage?

My TurboDry 1200 Switches on... Takes in water... then more water.. then more water..

It then Trows the message E10.
If I bypass the Wash cycle and Spin, then Dry, it works perfect..

Any ideas?

Zanussi jetsystem turbodry 1600 wjs1665 w is not heating the water

More than likely the heater element has failed.
This is located at the rear of the washer drum.
It means removing the rear half of the cabinet to access it.

Zanussi Turbodry 1200 spin problem

if this washer is used alot then it will more then likely be the carbon brushes which u will need to take the lid off undue 4screws out where it joins front to the back screws at the back to the bottom and 1screw either side of the bottom where the panels join together behind a little cap which will have an hole in the middle of it to get it out u will then be able to get to the motor to replace the carbon brushes

hiya
e90 means there is a communication error between the circuit boards inside. remove the plug then take the lid off the machine, remove the block which has the 5 (iirc) blue wires in it and give it a quick squeeze then replace, this should hopefully solve your problem.

hope this helps

please dont forget to rate the helpfulness of this reply, thanks kj
