I've seen both the 620 and the 700. My son-in-law had a chance to ride the 620 2 years ago at Jawbone. He rides a CR500 and was VERY impressed with the 620. I went on an ATK ride a year ago and Frank brought a 700 along. A couple guys rode it on the beach before I got there but no one rode it after we got into riding. It looks very nice. Frank White says the 500 is the play bike the 620 is the race bike and the 700 is for fat guys to climb hills with!,,

Sprocket problem

new bike owner here. i just got aatk 700 and love it. she needs some loving though. i've gotten the chain tightened due to the chain clicking or popping at low rpms but now i've noticed a new problem. the chain seems to be clicking in a pattern bout every second or sooner. the guys at the local bike shop said i had a bad sprocket when i went to have the chain tightened the first time. does this sound right? i have heard that the local bike shop has dicked around a few people and they seem a little pricey at 350 for the repair. anyone have a similar problem or can you confirm that this chain 'popping' or 'clicking' noise is in fact due to a worn out chain sprocket, or do i just need a new chain. i know that the chain is about ready to be replaced i have 22,000 on the bike. ,It sounds like one or both of the sprockets could be worn. If you change out a sprocket you might as well change out both. Price out the parts at bikebandit.com and do it yourself.,,,

Adjustment screw pro

I am new to mc's I bought 700 Intimidator and I was practicing my stopping when i stopped by my house I put it in neutral and was getting ready to park it for the night when all of a sudden it just died, so I started it again and the same thing. Lets fast forward to later, when I did some searching, I check alot of things just to be sure. Theres Gas, oil, checked spark plugs, battery.....etc Thats when i noticed a cable hanging down... Shocked again after doing some searching and reading the repair guide...I see that it is the idle adjustment cable with the screw on the end. That came out of where? That is the question where did it come from, is this something i am going to have to take alot of parts off to get to the place it belongs? I would like to try to fix it myself, before giving up and sending it to a mechanic. (there where to pieces still on the screw, which is a spring and a washer) ,Should be able to just screw it back in... if memory serves. Basically the idle adjuster just holds the needle part way open allowing some air to move through and let the engine idle. A couple of pictures would go a long way towards helping you.,,,

Rear wheel

The best I can find is this post from MAZ. http://forums.cannondaler.com/viewtopic.php?p=65726&highlight=rear+wheel+honda#65726 I've seen other posts that say that ATK told them the rear wheel was a 605 wheel turned around just as you mention. If it's as easy as getting a 605 and buying spacers from ATK let us know

Plug wire help

Did you buy the copper core (Low Ohms) or the carbon core (High ohms). The higher ohms will give you a higher voltage spark assuming your coil can deliver it.,
