Question about Samsung Yepp YP-Z5QB MP3 Player

1 Answer

"playback error" I need help with my YP-Z5AS/ELS model mp2 player. All of the songs on my mp3 player display "playback error" when i try to play them. I thought there might be a problem with one of the music files on the mp3 so I plugged it into the pc and played all of the songs in real player to make sure they were not corrupted or anything like that. All of the songs worked. I then thought it might be because of some new songs I had put on it as it had worked normally previously to putting them on, so i took them off the mp3 and it still just said "playback error". Any help would be appreciated. Thank-you

Try replacing the songs, like, putting them on again. I don't know 100% if it will work but mine had the same problem and this worked.

Is there a docking station for the Samsung YP Q1

got a chance to check out Samsung's new lineup of gadgets and gizmos this week and was very impressed with their upcoming Samsung MM-X5 MP3 Player Docking Station. It plays content from MP3 players, including any generation Apple iPod as well as CDs. The device has a built-in USB port that allows for instant music file playback from a standard USB memory drive as well, so if you're too lazy to put your music on your player you can just plug in your flash drive.

The MM-X5 comes in Samsung's token piano finish black and unlike some of the more simple docks on the market features a built-in display and an alarm that lets consumers select songs to wake up to. It features built-in 20 Watt speakers (10 Watts each), combined with Samsung's Digital Natural Sound engine technology. Available this October for $199.

if you have a error message license error, it means song is not properly authorized to be shared. is this "downloaded song", are they on mp3 format? if they are, try using windows media player, then synch it with the mp3 player. hope this helps!

Down scroll

Try reseting the player. It might not work all the time, but this was the first time my down scroll ever locked up on me, and the reset button fixed the problem. It might just be a temporary solution, but at least it's something.

SAMSUNG YP-Z5 4 Gb MP3 player

Well i heard of a couple of reasons why this may happen, but i cant promise any of these will work but you can give it a shot. 1. there was a couple of issues with older firmware try re flashing with newer version and then formatting it. 2. i heard that in some cases you will have this problem when you have duplicate songs in it, see if you can go trough your music library to see if you encounter an duplicate songs and delete them, its weird i know but i heard that works.

Annoying Songs!!!!

Try the USB connection. Shut down the Yepp, press and hold the "back arrow" button, plug it in the USB (with the arrow button still pressed). After a few secons your system will recognize the Yepp as a USB disk, so you can go to the folders and delete all the junk.

Playlists

You might have to manually put numbers in front of the song (i.e. #1 - Song Name - Artist).

Skipping songs

Just find the songs details, and unclick skip when shuffle!! OR Windows media player 10 and 11, are almost the same, I use both, and I don't really know the difference. Go to start, click contrl panel, then change or remove programmes. Go to windows media player 11, and press delete! It won't delete it, it will change it back to windows media 10!!

I bought a second hand blackweb home theater system bwa18s8003 that has only the receiver and subwoofer how can I use this without the speakers I bought a second hand blackweb home theater system bwa18s8003. I am not familiar with speakers and these home theater systems. I thought a subwoofer was a speaker but after getting this home and doing research I see now that there should have been five little speakers making this like a surround sound I suppose. My friend thought it was a home stereo and for $10 I thought I found a heck of a deal. After reading I see that it's not recommended to switch up brands with this kind of systems. I hope I still have a deal. I'm wondering what kind of speakers (this is BT) I need and if second hand speakers possibly bought at thrift store, that aren't Bluetooth or blackweb brand may work. If not does anyone know a cheap place to get the right speakers, if they do indeed have to be replacements only to this system. My hopes was I have a little Bluetooth setup to play music off my phone and a stereo. I am asking for options as to what I can do with this system, being just the receiver and subwoofer without having to spend much more if any more money. For example, can I just plug it to my TV, etc. How can I even check to see if the two parts work before I put time and more cash into it since a subwoofer isn't a speaker how do I know if I can't the sound? I just guidance all around, wondering if I got a deal or do I need to kiss that money bye, and recycle or toss it. Thank you in advance for any directions and/or ideas.
