Question about GoVideo Rave-MP ARC5.0 MP3 Player
I have bought 3 of these players. All of them worked for a while then had the eventual face/bug on the screen after turning the unit on. When the customer service number DID work, they said that the unit was defective and to return it to the store and get another.
This happened to me, like I mentioned, with 3 different units. It's junk.

The hard drive is probably bad. To replace it is about 60-80 dollars. Then you have to put a drive image on it. More trouble than its worth.
