Replaced the TIVO and the wt was working fine. Left the room, returned 20 minutes later and the screen was black with perfect sound. Tried changing the inputs with remote as well as from in front of TV. Was unable to open the home/ guide/ menu. Have only black screen. IS this fixable? naturally the five year warrantly expired last month! THE CABLE CONNEection was reattached to another tv and the "new" tv works fine. So, is the WT-46807 a lost cause? What do you/can you estimate what potential fees for repair? I am quite handy but do not think that I want to tackle this problem. I also dont want to be ripped off from a service company as well. A new set is expensive but for 350-600 dollars I think it would be worth fixing. Thanks for a rapid reply. Would like to get fixed ASAP Thank you Jon B
There could be a Pip problem or the vertical sweep could have went out also so then the set shuts down the video so it does not burn a line across the tubes. Theres really no way to tell what is wrong or it would just be a guess, a shot in the dark. Call out an authorized repair depot and get an estimate. Good Luck

Currently this TV is only being used with the Antenna B input for standard cable and for video games via the component 1 inputs. The xbox 360 games work fine through the component 1 inputs but through the antenna B input I have audio but no video. I've tried switching the cable to Antenna A with no luck. Any ideas?
