Just take your cellphone to your service provider or logon to nokia website and get hold of a consultant. I assume that your cell have software problem.

I would be more concerned as to the source you chose for the music and pictures you loaded onto your micro sd card, as depending upon the KIND of music and pictures and the tendency of such sources as you chose to provide your system with viruses..........
Remove the SD card, immediately and get your phone scanned for viruses along with your PC given the fact that all are apparently infected.

Ok here is what you do,
remove the simcard from the cellphone, gently rub it clean with a clean soft cloth(a lil dilute spirit wud be helpful) and then insert the simcard back into the sim card slot.It works 99.999%

i have looked on other websites and tried all of their ideas and i have looked on the code sites but i cant even get them to work, because you need to enter numbers onto the phone at all.
