NOTE: Make sure you watch the WHOLE video before attempting it - just miss one process and you can blow you fuses - they're not easy to replace!
New screens are cheapest from dealextreme.com (Hong Kong).
There ares 4 screws (#6 torq) on the back side where you replace the battery. take those out and the phone come apart. Be carefull because the main board, key board and all will come apart with careful prying. Also watch out for the ribbon cable that connects the LCD screen to the main board
