My washing machine runs perfectly, but on the final spin cycle does not turn off. It just spins and spins and spins.... We live in North Texas, in a fairly humid area. Can this be fixed?
Make sure the timer is working you may have a bad spot in the timer and the timer motor stops in that place every cycle

This is no longer a problem. We just carefully cleaned all the contacts and put contact grease on them. So far, no problems.

Gentle Annie - Wouldn't spin on final cycle. Found there was something jamming the pump which I removed. Put the pump back on and electrical leads to the pump. Now it won't stop spinning on the final cycle. Any ideas? Thanks
My JENNA-AIR washing machine works but once it goes into spin cycles, it will not stop even when I press "stop" . All water pours in during the rinse is immediately drain off by the spin. Thus water never fill up for rinse cycle. The only time it stops spinning is when I open the lid. Can someone give me any suggestion on how to fix it. Thanks, Lan
