humming is the motor powered up but not turning. burning smell is the motor overheating. cause may be the motor capacitor which is a cheap part. try replecing it and hope thge motor survived. could also be a foreign object in the pump impellor

sounds like the new PCB is not connected to all of the sensors (the water fill sensor especially) either that or you have got a faulty PCB.

Try a hard reset first..Unplug the machine from power source, wait about 10 minutes, and try again..The other thing you can do is to check the water inlet valve and tubing for any kinks, etc..

If the issue still occurs, better call the point of sale or the manufacturer, as your machine is still under warranty. I wouldn't recommend opening it up to conduct any repairs as it will void the warranty.

Either the exit hose does not reach a high enough point or the waste-pipe is blocked. I had this problem in both situations.

My Indesit BWE91484XWUK stops in middle of program, flashes all buttons with F05 and water not draining. filter and pipes not blocked. Just fitted new pump still doing same :-( what else could it be?

The error code you are seeing means that the Pressure switch is stuck and it cant tell how full the washer is so the unit stops and flashes all lights to warn you. You need to have the pressure switch replaced.

I have a samsung dishwasher dms300trs. it is showing an error f3 .I wanted to know what does this error mean and how do i fix it.

un plug from mains and turn off water supply and remove the water pipe. leave water off the unit. and plug unit back on at mains and turn on. using lowest setting turn on using this you should hear it moving about inside and a pump sound. if you dont hear a pump sound turn off and check that the drain pipe is not blocked. it sounds dirty but if you can blow down the drain pipe with the unit off it should be easy to blow down if not then its blocked inside. for that you will need to clean it out. here is a link to the pdf for the dish washer SAMSUNG DMS300TR User Manual hope this helps.

Washer won't drain, E:13 code flashing

From user manual:

Indicator light "rinse" is lit and display is flashing "E:13" with no water remaining in the drum.
For some reason drain pump is blocked.
Clean the water drainage pipe and/or drain hose.

Our Kenmore elite HE3 model 11044921 stops between cycles and flashes an F and then flashes a H continuously. have to cancel and run rinse/drain cycle

Hi

Error code FH appears when No water is detected entering machine or Pressure switch trip is not detected. If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering machine and then valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed.
Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display. If there is no water entering the unit then make sure that the inlet valves are working fine. You may need to check the continuity at the inlet valves. If the valves are fine then check whether inlet water hose, it may be plugged. Also check for inlet water screen at the valve. However, if the water is entering into the washer then the Drain pump might not be working. Also inspect the Pressure Switch hose whether it is in good condition and properly connected to Tub and Pressure switch. Also check hoses for leak and inspect the flow meter. Hope this helps...

Ndesit IDL 535 DW, not cycling, water coming from under unt.

The washer is fitted with an anti flood device that detects water leaks and closes water inlet valve and puts washer in pump out mode. The anti flood device is a polystireen float with micro switch at the bottom floor of the washer. Dry the water and find the leak (pipe or pipe clamp) and this should then solve the error.

When it is switched on to wash it makes noises, beeps twice and then no water enters the washing chamber

The dishwasher does have a anti flood device that once activated does 1) Stops water entering the washer . 2) Puts the pump out motor on.
The device is a float (polystireene plate) with a small micro switch. The purpose of this device is to protect the washer if any water leaks onto the floor via leaky pipe or a blocked pipe can also cause this problem.
Check and rectify any water leak and dry the base of the washer.

The machine will fill with water and run through the first part of the cycle, then stop. If I turn the setting dial to the next setting the machine will start, but does not pump out the water. At each step...

Have exactly the same problem. At first thought it was broken drain pipe--as I found broken drain pipe searching for a fix for this--coincidence? Anyway, drain pipe fixed, and unit still will not enter spin mode. When unit gets to spin mode, there's an audible click (solenoid), and the unit will not spin or drain the water.
All else is working fine.
What part should be replaced?

My whirpool duet washer is displaying F33 code. It doesnt spin at a high rate of speed to allow for the clothes to spin dry therefor the door latch will not open.

The F33 error indicates a PUMP DRIVE SYSTEM ERROR and occurs when the connection between pump and the Central Control Unit (CCU) is lost.

1. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2. Check wire harness connections to the pump and Central Control Unit (CCU).
3. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
4. Verify CCU operation by running a Diagnostic Test or any cycle.

System Leak - Select 'cancel' twice to clear error code. Check for any cracks or holes in the washer tub or pressure switch hose. Replace if damaged.

Also

1. Switch off the machine and disconnect the mains power.
2. Remove the filter and make sure that the filter is not blocked and is clean and clear of all debris. Clean as required. Note that depending on the machine type you may get a lot of water coming out of the filter when you remove it if the machine has not drained successfully. Note that if the machine has stopped and not fully drained then you may be able to drain out the excess water by removing or disconnecting the waste hose and laying it on the ground in a tray.
3. Proceed by checking the drain hose for proper connection and kinks and make sure that it is not blocked.
4. Also check that the main waste drain pipe, if you use one, is not blocked and clean if required.
5. Reconnect the power and switch the machine on.
If the problem persists then do the following.
6. Switch off the machine and disconnect the mains power.
7. Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure it is operational.
8. Remove the connecting hoses, and expect water to drain out and make sure the pipes are not blocked with debris or any object blockage.
9. Makes sure the pump appears clear and that the impeller looks in good condition.
10. Reconnect the hoses and then reconnect power and switch the machine on.
11. If problem has not been corrected, then remove the pump and check that the drive coupling to the motor is OK and that the motor turns OK. If all is well then replace the pump.

Kenmore Elite 4t

This what to check for F/H code from repair manual.
If the water is coming into machine, make sure drain hose is only sticking into drain pipe about 6 inches. Post back if you have any questions.

No water detected entering machine or Pressure switch trip not detected.
If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering machine and then
valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed.
Or
If the control has turned the water valves on and after 8 minutes the flow meter has
detected 10.5 gallons of water passing through it, but has not detected the pressure
switch trip, the valves will be turned off and the error code will flash.
Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
Potential Causes
• If there is no water in the unit:
• Make sure that both valves at the water source(s) are turned on all the way.
• Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in the inlet valves
• Verify inlet valve operation
• If there is water in the unit:
• Verify Drain pump operation
• Pressure Switch Hose is in good condition and properly connected to Tub and
Pressure switch
• Verify there is not a siphon problem
• Verify wire harness connections to; Inlet Valves, Pressure Switch, Drain Pump,
Flow Meter, and Central Control Unit (CCU)
• Check all hoses for possible leaks
• Verify pressure switch operation
• Verify flow meter operation
• Verify CCU operation
