3650 contact retailer? how can i format my phone w/o goin to the cell shop? aLREADY PRESS *,3 AND CALL. BUT HSET CAN'T FORMAT.

Hello first of all format the phone by press and hold the following keys....*,3 call key(green) and power up the phone and your phone restart itself in normal mode.Do not release the three keys until it completed.If the problem persist contact nearest mobile repairing shop.Good luck.Thanks for visiting fixya

Hi Before visiting mobile repairing shop just format the phone by Press and Hold * , 3 , call button(Green) keys and power up the phone.This tricks will erase all your files,but remember do not release the three keys until the phone restart itself in normal mode.In case if the trick doesn't helps contact nearest mobile repairing shop.Good luck

turn off your phone.then press and hold (*)key the no. (3) key and the green button which is the call key.while pressing and holding the three buttons press the power on.then wait for the formatting screen.when you see the formatting screen released the buttons.and wait until done. your phone is now formatted.make sure that you have enough power on the battey..

AT SAME TIME U CAN NEED TO PRESS *+3+CALL HOLD THIS BUTTON AND SWICTHOFF AND ON WITHOUT RELEASE OR TRY THIS ALSO *#7370#

FORMAT YOUR HANDPHONE. TURN OFF YOU HANDPHONE, THEN PRESS CALL, 3, AND STAR THEN PRESS ON KEY. YOUR HANDPHONE WILL BE FULL FORMATTING.

try this, turn off your phone and press *+ 3 +green + on swich at he same time

by pressing Calling key and 3 and * and switch it on ur battery must be charged it will show formatting for 5 minutes and it is done. dont remember to vote my solution as fixya

try to remove your memory card firts before you format it...

Do a Full phone formatting on your 3650! as steps below,

1. Make sure you have at least 3/4 charge of battery power left.
2. Backup your contacts list and personal files to MMC memory card.
3. power off your phone and remove your memory card
4. power it on again and press *#7370#
phone will ask for security code
default Security code for Nokia is 12345
but some people change it....
after you enter thesecurity code
press ok and press yes to continue the resset..

5.your phone will re-boot.
wait until the phone finish ressting him self.

6.after a re-boot your phone is completely resset
you can now use your phone again.

take note' if the problem is a virus' you need to format your MMC to a PC or scan it by using MMC Reader...


All apps installed & not of the phones' default will be lost. If you did a backup on your mmc, you can restore it back to the C drive again

pressing the green ,*and 3 n power botton is not working for 3650

only Symbians Phone can do the Hard Format.

you can resset your phone 3650 by pressing the code resset

*#7370# just enter the security code
default security code for Nokia is 12345
