Really need help please. I don't know why, but when I turn on my zen it just goes as far as the creative screen and then nothing happens. I can access the recovery mode and tried all the options suggested on the creative website( Clean up, Formatt, Relaod firmware and Reboot!), but all that happens is it goes into that option and then freezes???? I don't know what else to do??

ah, i have the same thing. it's damage to the screen, as far as i know. i just ignore it, except it's a pain for videos and pics. you can look around for a replacement screen if it's really bothering you, but you'll probably want to go find a repair shop to do it.
hey i know this sounds like a stupid thing to say but...
There might be a reset button on the side just push that in with a pen/pencil for about 5 seconds try turning it on. if its the creative zen x-fi it will be a little grey button and it may say RESET next to it in little white writing.
ok from the main music screen hit the back button until you see all the option listed below... music library now playing photos videos FM radio extras system
go to system go to player settings go to idle sleep push in the middle button and select off
im a drummer 2 so i understand how annoying that can be
Sounds like a bad motherboard to me. However, it may just need a firmware update. Have you tried to update the firmware yet?
If not, go to www.Creative.com
-->Support
-->Downloads
-->Follow the correct language and country links
-->Select the correct options for Zen Touch
-->Select Firmware
Download the firmware and try to upload it to your Zen Touch.
If your Zen Touch is not recognized by the computer, its best to buy another MP3 player, as your motherboard is bad.
