Problem one: konica minolta 2430 dl fatal error 21h. I think this happened before, and someone said to dust off the glass on a sensor, but I don't remember where the sensor is.
one note on this website says it may be the ohp detecting sensor (pc3a) found in front above the waste toner sensor pc6.
I opened the printer, and took out the cartridge. Do not know what to do or where to look next.
Problem two: before the fatal error message, I already could not print today because when I try to print from yahoo or from word 2007, I get a message saying I must name the file. no matter what I name the file, nothing prints, and I think I get a message saying "file not found"

Open side cover and there is a plastic, if you raise that plastic piece the ohp sensor should be located under this plastic
second problem, try uninstalling the printer and re install it, should solve this.
