Same thing happend to mine. Have not sorted the problem yet but you can get it to print if you change the Ink usage settings. Go into your printer properties, select maintenance tab and click on the Ink Usage Control button.Tick "Use Composite Black" then ok. This will enable you to print out your docs at least.

HelloOne tip I know is try not to turn the printer power on and off, every time you turn the printer on it runs through a head leaning type process, sucking ink out every time. As far as getting it to print with just the black cartridge in the advanced settings there should be a check box for this, although i have heard from some of our customers that this feature may be dis-able in later driver versions I hope this helpsRegardsGrant
The printer is very good.I ve been using it for approx 1 year now.The printer works on a combination of both black as well as colour ink cartridges.If any of the cartridge is empty,printer will not print.Kindly call Kodak with your problems at 1800 421 6699 and they will take care of the issue for you.
