Need to Auto Adjust Envision 20" monitor every time

I have an Envision 20" flat screen monitor. It has an auto adjust button. Everytime I turn on the computer for the first time, I have to hit auto adjust or else the upper bar is off the screen (for instance, I can't see the minimize/max/close buttons).

Is there anyway I can get it to auto adjust without hitting the auto adjust button every time?

Thx

i'm not quite understanding your reply. I assume that you're not english?

"yes it may be a memory problem inside the monitor replace the memory from technical person "
do you mean to either replace it myself or ask someone who knows how, such as a technical person?"

"or refer the manual with the monitor some trick may given so that push menu twotimes or operate like mobole button"
I think you're saying to look at the manual for some trick? There doesn't seem to be any 'tricks' in the manual. I tried pushing the menu button twice. No luck. What do you mean by "mobole" button?

    Thanks for trying! :=]

Envision monitor EN-7100e color is screwd up.

Unfortunately this monitor has captived VGA cable, you cannot easily replace it. Try moving the cable around to see if you will get normal color back.

I have a Envision EN-7100e monitor. Downloaded

catamount309, This is only a guess, but unit may have internal "switch-mode-power-supply"/"CCFL inverter" board problem. When screen goes BLACK, is it also BLANK? If you can see WIN-desktop with aid of bright flashlight 1 inch from screen, then SMPS is in partial shutdown mode. If you see nothing, then SMPS is in full shutdown. In either case, Technician will need to repair the SMPS/CCFL inverter board. If KNOWN GOOD monitor works with PC, then you know 7100e is bad. Do you know and understand how the new energy efficient screw-in curlie-Q light bulbs work? If the "electronic ballast circuit" not working, then it can't light-up the CCFL tubes on the reverse side of LCD panel then you see black. My westinghouse monitor won't align on the screen. i have tried auto adjust already and it is still missaligned.

Ok, with the Auto adjust, but have you actually tried the buttons that actually manually adjust the screen, size, placement, width, height etc, This will allow you complete control over all aspects of your monitor. You usually select, menu, then step through with one button, and change up, down, side to side, with the left & right buttons.

Auto Adjust work on the basis of resolution to which Windows set. It occurs mostly if Video drivers are not installed. Please check and install video drivers and also try to change screen resolutions from display properties in control panel.....

Envision EN 7100si LCD 17" flat screen

First try auto-adjust with the auto button on the screen
if not worked

Make sure she installed the envision driver. I jus saw it's a discontinued product. Also this product has a maximum resolution of 1280 x 1024.

If installed check her resolution. Right mouse click on desktop>properties>screen. Try alternate resolutions and see what happens but don't set it higher then 1280 x 1024 if possible.
