My tv has a beautiful picture but there are solid black lines on screen from top to bottom,about an inch apart from each other,and i can,t get it off.please help me ?.

Fault with the main power supply regulator board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. When liquid drips onto the x buffer boards (located along the bottom edge of the display panel ) the liquid Will damage the ribbon cables that are connected to the display panel. Replacing the display panel may be the only way to repair the tv. I've been in the tv repair business for over 30 years.... Dan
